School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Liberty, Missouri

What we’re seeking:

• Active or eligible SLP licensure for the state
• Accepting candidates who hold SLP-CCC as well as those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in providing speech and language services within a school environment
• Ability to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Passion for helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to support student growth
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective therapy plans
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Engage in professional growth and in-service opportunities throughout the school year
