Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic K-12 school environment near Lillington, NC. Key Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathology license
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences or Speech and Language Pathology
- New graduates (Clinical Fellows) are welcome; supervision provided if required
- Strong commitment to student success and effective communication with families and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' learning and communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and share insights around students’ speech-language development
What’s Offered:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week, from November 28, 2022, through June 9, 2023
- Pay ranges from $38 to $52 per hour, determined by experience and qualifications
