Soliant
is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
join our team in a school-based setting in Limon, CO. In this
rewarding role, you’ll provide essential speech, language, and communication
support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them succeed
academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group sessions) in areas including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic/social communication
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and administrators to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and RTI processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and federal regulations (IDEA)
- Supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFs) if applicable
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Current Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!)
- Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.73 to $57.73. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
