Key Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible California Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Open to SLP-CCC as well as recent graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience
  • Previous experience working with elementary and/or middle school populations is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to student development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for assigned caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students’ communication needs in and out of the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Provide progress updates and advocate for appropriate services and accommodations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
