Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Open to both CCC-certified SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY supervision provided)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in elementary and middle school caseloads
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain detailed progress documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adapt services to meet diverse learning needs within an inclusive educational framework
