Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Accepting both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) applicants
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with students in elementary and/or middle school settings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy sessions to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
  • Facilitate sessions both individually and in small groups—tailoring interventions to each student’s needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise on student speech and language development
