Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Accepting both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) applicants
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working with students in elementary and/or middle school settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy sessions to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Facilitate sessions both individually and in small groups—tailoring interventions to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise on student speech and language development
