Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort with technology, particularly with virtual or teletherapy platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a small caseload of 20 students
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and team meetings
  • Utilize VOCO and other technology to support speech and language development
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
