Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid or eligible state licensure as an SLP
• CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working within a school environment or with school-aged children
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable utilizing technology for remote (VOCO) and onsite services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities, developing targeted treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to ensure students’ IEP goals are met
• Maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other support staff, contributing valuable insights at meetings
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student outcomes
• Champion VOCO (virtual/remote therapy) options, integrating technology to expand access while maintaining high-quality services
