Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Nebraska state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Comfortable working with a high school caseload, particularly focused on language, social skills, and job communication support
  • Experience with pediatric populations, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech therapy services to high school students, with a focus on language, social skills, and vocational communication
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrative staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Assess student needs and progress, tailoring interventions to maximize student communication and engagement
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
