Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Nebraska state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Comfortable working with a high school caseload, particularly focused on language, social skills, and job communication support
- Experience with pediatric populations, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech therapy services to high school students, with a focus on language, social skills, and vocational communication
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrative staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Assess student needs and progress, tailoring interventions to maximize student communication and engagement
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
