This role offers a meaningful chance to influence the lives of approximately 30 students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment near Lincolnshire, IL.

Ideal candidates are passionate communicators with experience in school settings, particularly with high school-aged students. You'll be working regular weekday hours—either 8:00 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 3:00 pm—allowing for work-life balance while making a significant impact.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state is required.
  • Prior experience with high school populations, especially those with low-incidence disabilities, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for working with students, educators, and families.
  • Ability to adapt therapy and interventions based on individualized student needs.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing direct assessment and therapy to a caseload of 30 high school-aged students.
  • Crafting targeted, student-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize communication outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records/documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participating in team meetings to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
