Assignment Details:
- August 12, 2026 to October 13, 2026
- Caseload of 30 high school students with low-incidence needs
- Daily hours: 8:00am–3:30pm or 7:30am–3:00pm
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current SLP license and eligibility to work in Illinois schools
- Experience with high school populations, especially students with low-incidence disabilities, is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in diverse educational settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to high school-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to unique student goals
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
