Step into an impactful role supporting elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist during the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, contract position is located near Lincolnton, NC, offering the opportunity to make meaningful contributions within a school setting. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct intervention and therapy services within the school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, reporting progress as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
  • Offer consultation and professional guidance to educational staff
