Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in school or healthcare settings with pediatric populations
  • Proficient in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to elementary school students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions as required
  • Stay current with best practices and professional development within pediatric and school-based SLP
