Step into a meaningful role supporting young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic educational setting. Multiple contract positions are available for passionate professionals committed to making a lasting impact on students’ communication skills and overall educational experience.

As part of a collaborative and innovative team, you’ll deliver high-quality speech and language services to children with diverse needs. Opportunities exist for SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and experienced SLPAs. Teletherapy options are available for those with the right skill set.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP roles; associate’s or bachelor’s for SLPA roles
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for SLP or SLPA (as applicable)
  • ASHA CCC or CFY status for SLPs preferred
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings a plus
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dedicated to fostering student growth and engaging with school teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans targeting student needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, interventions, and outcomes
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
  • Participate in professional development and interdisciplinary teamwork
