School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lindale, Texas

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials, or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery is appreciated
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to delivering therapy in both in-person and virtual learning environments
• Well-organized and reliable, able to manage caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect therapy to students in elementary and/or middle school settings
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs (SLPs)
• Implement therapy activities and support plans developed by supervising SLP (SLPAs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as needed
• Utilize clinical expertise to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and advocate for student communication needs
