Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting, particularly with Pre-K through 8th grade students
• Strong collaborative skills for consulting with teachers, families, and support professionals
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs and related documentation
• Knowledge of a wide range of communication disorders and intervention strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify speech and language difficulties
• Develop individualized therapy plans targeting each student’s unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services as outlined in student IEPs
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and support teachers and families in strategies to reinforce student progress
