Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in school-based settings
- Comfortable serving caseloads ranging from Pre K-8th grade
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite 16-24 hours per week
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to evaluations and progress reporting
- Participate in team meetings and consult with families, teachers, and support staff
- Employ creative therapy approaches adapted to diverse learning needs
