School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lingle, Wyoming

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at skill growth
• Facilitate targeted therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure progress
• Maintain detailed, accurate records and monitor each student’s progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including educators, therapists, and administrators—to deliver well-rounded care
• Guide and inform families throughout the therapy process to enhance outcomes

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Possess or be eligible for current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience providing services to pediatric or school-aged children strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable working both autonomously and as a part of a collaborative team
• Must hold or be able to obtain licensure from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
