Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at skill growth
- Facilitate targeted therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure progress
- Maintain detailed, accurate records and monitor each student’s progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including educators, therapists, and administrators—to deliver well-rounded care
- Guide and inform families throughout the therapy process to enhance outcomes
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Possess or be eligible for current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing services to pediatric or school-aged children strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as a part of a collaborative team
- Must hold or be able to obtain licensure from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
