Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain it prior to starting
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Deliver therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Maintain accurate student records and progress notes in compliance with school and district regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support students’ academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements for school-based SLPs
