Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and valid IVP Clearance Card
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent credentials
  • Eligible for or holding CCC-SLP; new graduates (CFY) are welcome
  • Comfort working with pediatric populations, particularly K-8
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred, but highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of K-8 students
  • Conduct evaluations to identify communication needs and recommend intervention strategies
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support teachers and support staff in fostering an inclusive, communicative classroom environment
  • Maintain thorough student records, progress notes, and required documentation
