Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC certification required (willingness to obtain both over time)
- Accepting applications from SLPs and SLAs (certified through GaPSC)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinical fellows considered
- Recent experience with elementary-aged students in school settings highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills essential
- Commitment to high-quality, student-centered therapeutic intervention
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech and language services to elementary students on-site
- Complete screenings, assessments, IEP development, and direct intervention
- Collaborate daily with teachers, special educators, and families to promote student communication success
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
