What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluation, therapy, and intervention according to each student’s individualized education plan (IEP)
- Work onsite full-time, fostering communication skills in preschool through high school populations
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Adapt therapy strategies for a diverse student population, including those with unique challenges
- Attend relevant professional development sessions and stay current with best practices
