Make a significant impact in the lives of children and young adults as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic clinic setting near Lithonia, GA. This full-time opportunity serves clients from birth through 21 years old in a collaborative, supportive environment. Open to SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellows, and SLPA applicants, provided SLPs are willing to supervise assistants. The role is year-round and covers the Loganville, Lawrenceville, and Peachtree Corners areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs) or associate’s/bachelor’s degree (for SLPAs)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy (birth-21 years)
  • SLP-CCC, CFY, or SLPA credential with willingness for SLP supervision, if applicable
  • Comfort working in a clinical and school-linked environment
  • Bilingual abilities and/or proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) highly desirable, particularly to support nonverbal children
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents
  • Deliver speech-language therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Work closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress notes
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs, as appropriate
  • Travel between clinic locations as needed
