Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or pending Georgia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs with CCC
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant school activities
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff to support speech and language development in the classroom
