Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
• Hold or eligible for current state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads highly preferred
• Comfortable navigating teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication abilities with students, families, and educational staff
• Patient, flexible, and collaborative approach in multidisciplinary school environments

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy for speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
• Conduct engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions, both onsite and remotely
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Offer strategies and resources to faculty and families to support students’ communication goals
