Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Pennsylvania Educator Certification required
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs
- Previous experience with pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Familiarity with diverse student populations and varied communication needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students across elementary and secondary grades
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student communication success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Support a positive and inclusive educational environment for all learners
