Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Pennsylvania Educator Certification required
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs
  • Previous experience with pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with diverse student populations and varied communication needs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students across elementary and secondary grades
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student communication success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to district and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Support a positive and inclusive educational environment for all learners
