Apply NowStep into an engaging opportunity for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year supporting students in a school-based setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position kicks off in late August and continues through the end of May, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You will serve a diverse K–12 population, managing a caseload of 60–70 students and providing case management for approximately 30 individuals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials.
- Experience working with school-aged children (K–12) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload and follow best practices for case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services.
- Provide case management for approximately 30 students, including documentation and progress monitoring.
- Engage and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals.
- Maintain compliance with school and district policies and state regulations.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students with a variety of speech and language needs.
