Step into a rewarding school-based role providing speech-language services to K-12 students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis, you'll make an impact guiding students in their communication, literacy, and language skills while collaborating within a dedicated school community.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or currently a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
- Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals and educational potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide therapy services individually and in groups for students across K-12 grade levels
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and educational planning
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
