As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis, you'll make an impact guiding students in their communication, literacy, and language skills while collaborating within a dedicated school community.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or currently a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals and educational potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide therapy services individually and in groups for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and educational planning
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
