As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll provide expert speech and language services to a diverse pediatric caseload. Your day-to-day will involve conducting assessments, writing effective intervention plans, and collaborating closely with educators and families. Qualified applicants will bring a passion for helping children thrive academically and socially. Experience with school-based or pediatric populations is strongly preferred, but CFs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Arkansas SLP licensure or willingness to obtain
  • Background in pediatrics, schools, or teletherapy settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete speech/language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy for a broad range of communication disorders
  • Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support educational teams
  • Engage students and families in the therapeutic process
