School Speech Language Pathologist - Little Rock, AR

Make an immediate impact supporting students’ communication development in a dynamic educational setting near Little Rock, AR. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) ready to help young learners thrive. Working onsite at a daycare center, you’ll collaborate closely with educational staff to provide comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of 36-40 students.

What you’ll bring:

• Active SLP license in Arkansas; strong new graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required for consideration
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric daycare environment is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt and engage with a diverse student population

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students ages 0-5 in a center-based setting
• Conduct evaluations to develop individualized treatment goals and monitor progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Complete required documentation in a timely and organized manner
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment

This is a full-time, onsite contract role (35 hours per week) running through May 2027. For candidates interested in a flexible schedule, occasional remote work may be considered in the future.
