Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP license is required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not mandatory
  • Specific experience supporting speech and language in a school or daycare setting is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and passion for early childhood education
  • Ability to work onsite, engaging directly with young students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 36-40 children at a daycare center
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward therapy goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure inclusive communication strategies and student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and professional guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and provide professional insights related to speech-language development
