Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Little Rock, AR

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and educational goals
• Work directly with students in individual and group sessions to improve targeted communication skills
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate teachers and family members about strategies to support student success
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in relevant professional development
