What we’re looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience supporting high school students in an education setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and providing evidence-based interventions

Role responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a diverse high school caseload
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting student-specific communication needs
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student participation in academic and social activities
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with state and district requirements
• Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
