Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure for Colorado
  • CCC-SLP or CFY credentials (open to both experienced clinicians and those completing their clinical fellowship year)
  • Familiarity with current assessment and treatment best practices
  • Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement therapy sessions tailored to meet each student’s unique needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school specialists
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and provide expertise for student support strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students
  • Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding speech-language concerns
