Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure for Colorado
- CCC-SLP or CFY credentials (open to both experienced clinicians and those completing their clinical fellowship year)
- Familiarity with current assessment and treatment best practices
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement therapy sessions tailored to meet each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school specialists
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and provide expertise for student support strategies
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding speech-language concerns
