Key Qualifications:
- Current Colorado SLP license in good standing
- Experience delivering speech-language therapy to school-aged children
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate with school teams
- SLP-CCC or pursuing SLP-CFY welcomed to apply
- Pediatric and school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough records and compliance with school policies and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services as needed
