Step into an exciting school-based Speech-Language Pathology contract opportunity for the upcoming academic year! Two full-time SLPs (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) are needed to support students at both an intensive preschool classroom and a dynamic K-8 environment in the Littleton, CO area. This year-long assignment runs from late July through May, with a consistent 37.5-hour work week and in-person responsibilities.
You’ll provide essential SLP services, collaborate with educational staff, and foster meaningful progress in children’s communication skills. Both assignments offer the chance to supervise SLPAs, implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and observe students’ development toward individualized goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Current and active SLP licensure
- Colorado Department of Education Certificate (CO DOE Cert)
- Willingness to work on-site, covering one preschool or K-8 campus
- Experience in early childhood (pre-K) settings and/or traditional school-based roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessment, and progress monitoring
- Strong collaborative mindset, adept in multidisciplinary teamwork
- Supervision experience with SLPAs preferred
- Candidates with ELL training or an ESL/Linguistically Diverse Education Endorsement are strongly encouraged to apply
