This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for a passionate SLP who is eager to work independently with a manageable caseload of 33 students at a single school site. Our ideal candidate is skilled in both English and Spanish and brings experience or a strong interest in providing excellent speech therapy services in school, healthcare, or teletherapy environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Active CDE license in Colorado required (open to interviews if license is pending)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to serve diverse student needs
- Experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings strongly desired
- Comfortable working independently; SLPA supervision is not part of this role
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule and a contract assignment
Your Contributions:
- Assess and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-4
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set student-centered therapy goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and communicate with stakeholders regularly
