Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY applicants are welcome
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is ideal
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and strategies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best practices
