Experience a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Littleton, CO. This assignment will run from August 11, 2026, through September 24, 2026, operating within a welcoming school setting. Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Current, valid SLP license in Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Compassionate and adaptable approach to therapy
- Dedication to best practices and compliance with IEP goals
- Flexibility to work collaboratively with other educators and specialists
- Caseload management skills; caseload details to be determined
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans
- Deliver direct therapy and support to qualifying students
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in line with school and district policies
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
- Communicate student progress and needs effectively with stakeholders
