Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine eligibility and develop treatment goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
