Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school or pediatric experience highly valued
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among PreK students
  • Develop individualized therapy plans targeting each student’s unique needs
  • Participate in the creation and updating of IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and required reports
  • Provide support and resources to families and educators, fostering an inclusive learning environment
