This full-time role focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 33 students, Grades K-4, at a single school site. The position prioritizes candidates who can empower young learners, foster communication skills, and thrive in diverse school environments. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are highly valued.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active CDE license in Colorado (or eligible to interview with pending license)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP roles preferred
  • Comfortable with teletherapy and in-person modalities; hybrid schedule negotiable for strong candidates
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus
  • Commitment to developing individualized interventions for a K-4 caseload

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Complete evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families
  • Maintain organized documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Support inclusive practices and contribute to a positive school culture
  • Adapt services between in-person and teletherapy, as appropriate, with the flexibility to collaborate on scheduling
