Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible
  • Experience supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to design and adapt Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapeutic interventions
  • Commitment to cultural sensitivity and educational equity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities through comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and family members to support student progress and access to curriculum
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student performance, ongoing progress, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student success
  • Offer support, consultation, and training to school staff as needed
