Elementary High School School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Littleton, Colorado

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
• Familiarity with diverse communication needs and therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Comfortable adapting therapy plans to individual education program (IEP) requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals and IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
• Maintain comprehensive records of assessments, goals, and student progress
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student communication needs
• Attend relevant meetings to provide insight and progress updates as part of the multidisciplinary team
• Stay up to date on best practices and compliance with state and district guidelines
