Elementary Certified School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Littleton, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification and license
• Previous experience working with K-12 school populations strongly preferred
• Skilled at delivering targeted speech and language interventions, including both individual and group sessions
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Flexible and adaptable to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with IEP teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in both pull-out and classroom-based models
• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to provide recommendations and effective strategies for student success
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and support initiatives to contribute to a positive learning environment
