What You’ll Need:

  • Valid and current CDE certification required
  • SLP license in Colorado
  • Experience with elementary and high school caseloads preferred
  • Comfortable supporting students with a range of mild to severe needs
  • Certification as an SLP (ASHA CCCs strongly preferred)
  • Willingness to work onsite; strong consideration for candidates able to provide services in person
  • Flexible and open to serving multiple student populations
  • Prior school-based experience a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting evaluations, screenings, and diagnostics to determine student needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintaining thorough records, including progress notes and documentation for IEP meetings
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expertise
  • Advocating for student needs in both elementary and high school settings
