Licensed Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Littleton, CO

Make a meaningful impact supporting students from kindergarten through high school as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist this school year. This full-time opportunity offers a rewarding caseload working with a range of mild to severe needs, ensuring every student receives individualized support to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering speech and language therapy to elementary and high school students in a school setting.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
• Conducting assessments and interpreting results for eligibility and progress monitoring.
• Documenting all interventions, progress, and service delivery in compliance with state and district standards.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and offering expertise on communication disorders.
• Providing education and counseling to families and staff regarding communication strategies and student support plans.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification as an SLP is required.
• Licensed and certified to practice as an SLP; experience in a school setting (elementary and/or high school) preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively address both mild and severe communication needs across diverse student populations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Preference for onsite applicants; might consider virtual/remote professionals with previous school-based teletherapy experience.
• Seeking candidates able to work through the end of the school year.
• Not accepting Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this role.
