Make a real impact in the lives of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis near Littleton, CO. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support school-aged children in developing critical communication skills and achieving their academic goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license in Colorado, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred, but open to CFs with strong mentoring)
  • Experience working with students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and educational documentation requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
  • Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing school environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech-language services
  • Develop and implement individual therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy, both individually and in small groups, adjusting approaches based on student strengths and challenges
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support student success in academic and social settings
  • Attend IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility determinations, and assist with compliance and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with families, sharing progress and strategies for home support
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all reports
