Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Proficient in delivering assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload spanning PreK-12
- Collaborative, flexible, and skilled at communicating with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech, language, and communication therapies to students across multiple grade levels
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all special education requirements
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for student growth
