Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in delivering assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload spanning PreK-12
• Collaborative, flexible, and skilled at communicating with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech, language, and communication therapies to students across multiple grade levels
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all special education requirements
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for student growth
