Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with communication and language challenges
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on individual speech and language goals
- Record and track progress, ensuring thorough, accurate documentation
- Actively collaborate with educators, specialists, and other support staff for well-coordinated care
- Offer guidance and education to families, fostering involvement in the therapy process
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are welcome
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged clients is highly valued
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working independently and alongside a team
