Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Live Oak, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively working toward CFY
• Proven experience in providing therapy to pediatric populations and working in school environments
• Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student support

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development activities
