Key Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completion of state licensure and credentialing requirements
• Experience with elementary school-aged children (TK-5)
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, school staff, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Create and manage IEPs tailored to each student’s specific needs, tracking progress diligently
• Provide direct therapy for students one-on-one and in small groups
• Consult with educators and support staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom environment
• Offer guidance and resources to families to help support student progress at home
• Maintain thorough records and participate in meetings as required by the school and district
