Make a difference supporting students’ communication skills at an elementary school, working with grades TK-5 on a full-time, contract basis. Step into a Speech-Language Pathologist position where your expertise will help shape the academic and social success of young learners. You'll enjoy a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students, allowing you to provide meaningful, individualized support throughout the school year.
What we look for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligible credentials
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
- Strong understanding of speech-language assessment tools and intervention techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students, targeting a range of needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation per school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices
