Desired qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure/certification in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Competence with IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-8 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to enhance learning outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
