Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP licensure/certification in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Competence with IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-8 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
