We’re seeking two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists—one full-time and one part-time—to provide specialized services for a caseload of approximately 30 students.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and classroom observations to identify student needs
  • Complete progress reports and document IEP goals, updates, and services
  • Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings; lead discussions as needed
  • Participate in Student Study Team (SST) meetings with school staff and families
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to individuals or groups
  • Maintain accurate records and fulfill all documentation requirements in compliance with school regulations
  • Provide consultation and education to staff, families, and students
  • Uphold all other protocols and duties typical for SLP roles within school settings
