Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
  • Delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that target specific student goals
  • Tracking and carefully documenting each student’s progress for continuous improvement
  • Collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate student care
  • Involving and educating families throughout the therapy process, fostering positive outcomes

Desired qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly valued
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team environment

To be eligible, candidates must hold an active state license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology and possess a master’s degree or higher in the field.
