This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for certified and early-career Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a lasting impact from kindergarten through high school. You'll work a full-time schedule—40 hours per week—collaborating with dedicated educators and families to deliver high-quality speech and language interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
  • CCC-SLP credential or those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school, pediatric, or educational settings preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and school staff
  • Creative approach to therapy and strong documentation abilities
  • Ability to adapt interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with varying needs across kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, within a supportive school environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Maintain thorough records and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Offer guidance and support for students transitioning between grade levels
