You'll work a full-time schedule—40 hours per week—collaborating with dedicated educators and families to deliver high-quality speech and language interventions.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- CCC-SLP credential or those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or educational settings preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and school staff
- Creative approach to therapy and strong documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with varying needs across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, within a supportive school environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and parents
- Maintain thorough records and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Offer guidance and support for students transitioning between grade levels
