Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • License to practice as an SLP in New York State
  • Prior experience delivering SLP services in schools or teletherapy environments
  • High level of professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with families and other clinicians
  • Flexibility to provide in-home services

Responsibilities:

  • Complete speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with OT services
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy tailored to student needs in the home setting
  • Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans, and document interventions effectively
  • Collaborate with the student's family and the occupational therapist to reinforce carryover skills
  • Maintain timely communication and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
