Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- License to practice as an SLP in New York State
- Prior experience delivering SLP services in schools or teletherapy environments
- High level of professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to working with families and other clinicians
- Flexibility to provide in-home services
Responsibilities:
- Complete speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with OT services
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy tailored to student needs in the home setting
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans, and document interventions effectively
- Collaborate with the student's family and the occupational therapist to reinforce carryover skills
- Maintain timely communication and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
