Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current SLP license in New York (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles strongly preferred
• Teletherapy experience a plus
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families
• Conduct assessments, maintain progress records, and report outcomes
• Serve students on both north and south sides of Onondaga, ensuring consistent care and support
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and continuing education
