Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license in New York (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles strongly preferred
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families
- Conduct assessments, maintain progress records, and report outcomes
- Serve students on both north and south sides of Onondaga, ensuring consistent care and support
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and continuing education
