Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in need of speech-language services
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to address each student’s unique goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate case records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Provide consultation and support to teachers to integrate strategies in the classroom
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise towards student growth and success
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure alignment between therapy and home
