In this rewarding role, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, using your expertise to help students achieve their communication and language goals. You will assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech therapy services to a diverse caseload ranging from mild articulation issues to more complex language needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as required for SLPs in California
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for making a difference in students’ daily lives
What you’ll do:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech-language issues
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy aligned with each student’s unique goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
